Our Story: From a Family Trade to a Future-Focused Vision

The legacy of NATO Engineers begins with Naeem Khan, a dedicated air conditioning technician who launched the business in Pakistan. His focus was simple: deliver honest, reliable cooling services to businesses in need.

After moving to the UK, Naeem expanded his expertise into refrigeration and ventilation, recognizing the critical role temperature control plays in food safety and business operations. Working out of Gloucester, he quickly earned a reputation for his integrity, precision, and customer-first approach.

Over time, Naeem built more than just cooling systems—he built trust. That trust laid the foundation for what would become NATO Engineers.

Momin Khan: From Behind the Counter to Behind the Brand

The future of NATO Engineers took shape when Momin Khan, Naeem’s son, stepped into the picture—not from a boardroom, but from the heart of the hospitality industry.

Momin’s first job was in a local dessert shop, where he experienced the daily stress of keeping kitchens operational. That job led to management roles at Papa John's and Domino’s Pizza, where he learned what really goes on behind the scenes: from equipment failures to ventilation issues to the lack of responsive service providers.

He saw a broken system—and decided to fix it.

Momin returned to college to study business and engineering, and joined his father in the field. With his unique combination of technical skill and real-world food service insight, he brought new ideas, new energy, and a clear vision for the future of NATO Engineers.
